This recovery project and use transformation, integrated three distinct areas built in the same set.
A first building , closer to CCB (Belém Cultural Centre), former mill in ruin, that only kept the South brick facade and has remained in a new apartment building.
A second set of wide spaces, in old warehouses, that would also be availed to Loft type spaces, with potential diversity of occupation and still with one of the tallest part of the building, also for apartments.
And a third, completely redesigned for residential use, while maintaining the existing facades to the Bom Sucesso street.
In all of them remained the desire to uphold and respect the urban scale and character of that whole area of great historical memory and leisure experience with the Tagus River and the entire area of Belém.
